As I writer, I love creating things for my readers.

Love to Write Every Day began as a school experiment in my 3rd and 4th grade classroom. It was a success! By the end of that first year my class LOVED to write.

But, of course, it took some time.

It also took patience to allow the method to work.

I added more and more to my Love to Write file and eventually I created a 60-page document which I printed up for my home school friends. Then I was asked to do a creative writing course for 5th and 6th graders and the thing snowballed from there.

Love to Write Every Day has a variety of uses, not just in the classroom or home school, but also for individual use and for tutoring.

After doing lots of workshops with adults and teens, gathering ideas and testing them, I created a take-along workbook of writing prompts. Love To Write Every Day, (a workbook of writing prompts) are all new writing prompts with photos by Abigail D. Mendell.
